Capt. Sanjay Dhobal – Marine Manager and DPA

Capt. Sanjay Dhobal is a Master Mariner with 30 years of experience in the shipping industry. Sailed from Deck Cadet to Master predominantly on tanker vessels till he came ashore in 2010. He has worked ashore under various roles of Marine, HSEQ and training. Capt. Sanjay has extensive experience in Marine operations with leading tanker operators in the industry. He also brings over years of experience in all sizes of tanker vessels. Since its inception, he has been with Seaway Ship Management, taking care of all Marine and HSEQ matters.

Surender Singh Rana – Vessel Manager (Tech)

Chief Engineer Surender Rana has over 29 years of experience in the Shipping Industry with reputed companies like Wilhelmsen, Northern Marine, Mitsui and Shell on their Tankers, LPG and LNG Carriers. Out of which, 20 years have been as Chief Engineer on various LPG/LEG, VLGC and LNG Gas Carriers. Surender has been part of the team entrusted to prepare the Shipboard management system, procedures, training of staff and delivery of LNG Gas Carriers from the Shipyard. He has a proven track record of leading and managing a team of engineers to ensure that vessels are operated and functioning at optimum levels, keeping in mind the latest Statutory, Governmental, Port and Industry regulations /standards. Surender has completed the “General Management for Shipping” program by IMTC, Mumbai, in collaboration with IIM Ahmedabad. Since its inception, he has been with Seaway Ship Management, taking care of all Technical and Operational matters.

Ms. Helen Santoile Santos – Marine HR Manager

Helen has been in the Crewing Industry since 1996. She overseas crew deployment smoothly to various ships worldwide for the same reputable shipowner for 23 years. Her last assignment was with a Dubai based start-up Ship Management company and shared her invaluable knowledge and experience. She is keen on making sure that the company is pooled with experienced, healthy, competent, and certificated seafarers. She tirelessly aims for efficient, economical, and timely deployment of good, well documented, and experienced seafarers aboard the vessels.
